Kontinu is sold on Amazon. When you buy it there, Amazon's terms apply to the price, payment, delivery and returns. For help with an order, use the “Contact seller” or “Problem with order” options in your Amazon account.

• 156 Mondays is included with every Kontinu diary. In India it will also be offered on its own for ₹499 for three years.
• Lessons are general ideas about productivity, minimalism and a calmer life. They are not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.
• You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
• We may change or pause the lessons if we have to. If we do, we will tell subscribers by email.
